Returns and refunds
If a gift arrives damaged or incorrect, share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it. Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
